Do you handle both gas and electric?
We do — we are a full plumbing and gas team. Licensed gas response for leaks and appliances, plus electric and gas hot water, blocked drains and burst pipes, so one crew can make any emergency safe.
How fast can you get to a Gold Coast emergency?
Most jobs in the Gold Coast / Yatala / Logan corridor we reach within 30–60 minutes. Tweed Heads and outer suburbs may take longer depending on traffic.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
We charge a flat call-out covering the trip and the first 30 minutes on site. We tell you the figure before we leave the depot — no surprise invoices.
Are emergency rates higher?
After-hours and weekend emergencies do attract a higher labour rate, but we always quote it before we start. No hidden surcharges.
Do you do emergency gas leak response?
Yes. Suspect a gas leak — turn off the meter, ventilate, don't use switches or flames, and call us. We're licensed gas fitters and respond 24/7.
